Stay away from punctures, opt for foam

stay-away-from-punctureIt might have happened regularly to your vehicle, that right in the middle of the road it gets flat. You want to rush to your office and there you see it, something has pierced into your wheel and made it flat. You have to unwind and fit spare wheel plus get the original one repaired. This causes a lot of hassles. The technology has a solution for this. The innovators have come up with a formula that fills in the rubber covering and replaces the air in it. This formula is a solution of two component liquid urethane. This compound is pumped into the wheel and thus fills in the vacuum and pushes the air outside. These wheels are known as foam based wheels. They look normal from the outside but are heavy from the inside since they are filled up with the foam. Continue reading

The Blog of Travel

The world’s largest museum and Paris’s 2nd most visited tourist attraction (Disney Land at number one), the Louvre museum did not disappoint. The Louvre offers over 380,000 objects and 35,000 pieces of art. A visit to Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Love Travelling

Abingdon is a market town in Oxfordshire nestled on the banks of the River Thames. I was long overdue a return visit as the previous occasion was more than 25 years ago when I attended a wedding in the town. Although Abingdon does not have a railway station the nearest one is located only three miles away in Radley which has bus connections into the town centre.

It was a sunny, but cool April day and the town looked beautiful with its carefully tended flowerbeds brimming with spring colour. We had left the car in the town’s multi-storey car park which was just a short walk from the market place and were pleased to find that the first two hours of parking was free.
